Dominoes

The Domino Name Collections uses dominoes and number cards so students will be able to represent a given number with manipulatives. After using the Dominos, students will be able to count manipulatives and establish number-to-object relationship.

Have children draw the dots, add them up, and write the sum on the line.

Cutout designs to make dominoes based off of insects.

Scatter domino cards face up on a flat surface.  Taking turns, student one places the START domino on the table and reads the word on the other end of the domino.  Select domino with the same underlined consonant sound and read the word to play.
